Terms of service

1. Company and brands

LoveThisPlace is operated by GO ELITE LLC, a United States company. GO ELITE LLC also develops and operates services through the Go Elite Global umbrella and related brands, including Elite Cartagena.

In these terms, “LoveThisPlace,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GO ELITE LLC when it operates the LoveThisPlace platform or coordinates a booking.

2. What we do

From the United States, GO ELITE LLC markets and sells selected villas, yachts, experiences, transportation, and related trips. It answers inquiries, prepares quotes, contracts with independent local providers, collects authorized payments when it is the seller named in the quote, and provides the coordination and support stated in the booking confirmation.

The provider identified in the quote or service agreement owns, operates, manages, or performs the local service. GO ELITE LLC does not own or locally operate the villa, yacht, vehicle, or other asset unless the booking confirmation expressly says otherwise.

For a service performed in Colombia, the identified local tourism provider must hold the active RNT and operating permissions required for that service. LoveThisPlace displays the provider’s verified RNT on the public offering and records the provider in the quote or service agreement.

3. Quotes and reservations

Submitting an inquiry asks us to prepare or obtain an offer. A reservation becomes binding when you receive written confirmation after completing the acceptance and payment steps stated in the quote.

Every quote identifies the offering, service date or stay dates, group size, price and currency, inclusions, exclusions, optional services, payment schedule, and applicable provider rules. You are responsible for reviewing those details before accepting.

4. Booking documents

Your accepted quote, booking confirmation, and service-specific agreement form one transaction record. If they conflict, the most specific document controls: first the signed service agreement, then the written confirmation, then these general terms.

Changes to dates, guests, services, prices, routes, or schedules must be confirmed in writing. Messages and electronically signed copies may be used as valid transaction records.

5. Payments

Payment terms are stated in the quote. For a managed booking sold by GO ELITE LLC, payment is collected by GO ELITE LLC through the method stated in the quote and GO ELITE LLC pays the local provider under their separate provider agreement. For a provider-direct offering, the quote clearly identifies the provider as the seller and payment recipient.

The quote identifies the payment recipient, required deposit, balance due date, currency, and any payment-processing condition. You authorize the agreed charge when you submit payment through the stated method.

6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

The cancellation and refund schedule in your quote or service agreement controls the booking. A disclosed reservation deposit may be non-refundable, and a late cancellation or no-show may result in loss of the deposit or full payment.

Requests to change a booking are subject to provider availability and written approval. Provider cancellations, service interruptions, weather events, and safety restrictions are handled under the remedies stated in the service agreement and applicable law.

7. Local-provider performance

The local provider is responsible for delivering the confirmed property, vessel, crew, transport, staff, or experience and for maintaining the RNT, operating permissions, equipment, and insurance required for its service.

GO ELITE LLC remains responsible for the coordination and support commitments it expressly makes. We will work with the customer and provider to address a documented service problem.

8. Safety and authority

For yacht and boat services, the captain has final authority over navigation, weather, passenger safety, anchoring, routes, and the use of onboard equipment. Port-authority restrictions and lawful safety instructions must be followed.

For properties and other services, guests must follow occupancy, access, noise, event, staff, security, and operating rules provided before the service.

9. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, identity, travel, date, and group information.
• Meet passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for travel.
• Treat providers, staff, neighbors, property, equipment, and other guests responsibly.
• Pay for damage, excess use, extra time, or services authorized under the booking agreement.
• Do not use a service for illegal drugs, trafficking, sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, paid passenger carriage, or any other unlawful activity.
• Follow smoking, pet, guest, alcohol, and restricted-area rules stated for the offering.

10. Liability

Travel and recreational services involve risks that cannot be eliminated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GO ELITE LLC is not responsible for a local provider’s independent acts or omissions, personal-property loss, or delays and changes caused by weather, government action, port restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.

GO ELITE LLC does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, its total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to GO ELITE LLC for the affected service.

11. Content and third-party services

LoveThisPlace’s brand, code, design, and original content belong to GO ELITE LLC or its licensors. Provider names, trademarks, photographs, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners.

An approved link to a provider or payment service is governed by that service’s terms and privacy practices while you use it.

12. Governing law, changes, and contact

These platform terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without excluding mandatory rights that apply to a specific service or customer. Disputes concerning these platform terms will be handled in New York courts unless the signed service agreement or mandatory law requires another forum.

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. The terms accepted for an existing confirmed booking remain part of that booking record.
