Molonta Heritage Estate

Molonta Heritage Estate is the current name of the Metković family's historic waterfront property in Molunat. The family house was built in the 1930s and became known as Villa Palma in 1966; today it is cared for by the third generation of the family.

The main house is designed for up to eight guests in four double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Yes. Guests have exclusive use of the estate and approximately 4.8 hectares of Mediterranean land, including about 300 metres of coastline. The owners live nearby and remain available while respecting guest privacy.

Yes. A private path crosses the grounds to a natural rocky beach, private swimming access, a natural sea pool for children, an outdoor shower, and a private mooring.

Molonta has a private 14-by-5-metre infinity pool, a hot tub for five people and an outdoor gym. Pool loungers, shaded outdoor areas and an entertainment house with cinema and billiards give guests several places to relax together or separately.

The stay includes exclusive use of the estate, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking, daily housekeeping, towel service, regular linen changes, pool and garden care, final cleaning, and complimentary concierge support.

Yes. The villa has complimentary Wi-Fi, full air conditioning and private on-site parking. The living areas and bedrooms combine the restored character of the estate with the practical comforts expected for a private luxury stay.

Yes. The estate welcomes families and offers extensive private grounds, a natural sea pool for children, an entertainment room, and family support that can be arranged on request. A baby cot and high chair can also be requested before arrival.

Yes. Private chefs, catering, grocery pre-stocking, wellness, drivers, boat trips, guided experiences, babysitting, and restaurant reservations can be arranged on request at additional cost.

A Jeanneau Prestige 34 private motor yacht with skipper is available on request and at additional cost exclusively for estate guests.

Molonta is approximately 20 minutes from Dubrovnik Airport, depending on traffic. Private airport transfers and pre-arrival coordination can be arranged so guests can travel directly to the estate.

Dubrovnik Old Town is approximately 40 minutes from Molonta by road, depending on traffic and season. Private transfers can be arranged, and an arrival by sea or a tailored Dubrovnik yacht excursion may also be available on request.

A rental car is optional rather than essential. Private airport transfers, drivers and tailored excursions can be arranged, while a local restaurant is about 500 metres away and other restaurants and everyday services are available in and around Molunat.

Guests can explore Dubrovnik Old Town, Cavtat, the Konavle countryside, Pasjača Beach and the wider Dubrovnik Riviera. Boat days, swimming, diving, fishing, wine and olive-oil experiences, private guides and selected excursions can be arranged around the group.

Private retreats, wellness stays, small weddings and carefully planned celebrations may be considered on request. Guest count, suppliers, timing and use of the estate are reviewed individually before an event is confirmed.

Owner-supplied 2027 rates begin at €2,140 per night in May and October. Minimum stays are three nights outside high summer and seven nights with Saturday arrivals in July and August; the written quote confirms the applicable period and total.
